Happy Thanksgiving!!

Last Sunday we celebrated Thanksgiving with the Sudlows. Addison was a great sport and slept through dinner.

Today we are enjoying a quiet day at home. The temperature is hovering around 35 degrees and we are getting our first snowfall of the winter! No accumulation thankfully, but enough to introduce Addison to this icky wet precipitation. She was thrilled as you can tell.

Two months old!

Wow is Addison growing up fast!! At her two month appointment she was up to 12 pounds, 1 ounce and 23 1/4 inches long. (Which was a 2 pounds 5 ounces heavier and 1.75 inches longer in the month since her last appointment.) We're pretty sure that she's well fed at this point! I'm hoping that the growing slows down so that she can actually wear all of the pretty clothes that she's received. I had to box all the 0-3 month items that no longer were long enough and were a bit too tight in the shoulders.

Visit from Uncle Courtney & Nana

We had visitors the second week of November! They brought along hugs and smiles and gifts! We had a really great visit and can't wait to do it again in December for Addison's first Christmas.

Nap time

Here they are - the princess and her guard kitty. Addison has been sleeping in her crib for the last week and we have to keep her door shut all the time. We are quite positive that Pocket would get in the crib and sleep right next to her.

Visit from Pappy and Miss Karen!

Pappy and Miss Karen (who hasn't chosen her title yet) came to visit Addison the week before Halloween. We had a fun time together and carved our pumpkins one night. We received quite a few compliments on the pumpkins from the neighborhood kids.

Addison's first Halloween!!

October 31st was a beautiful Sunday afternoon with sun and wind. By late afternoon, the temperatures were much colder and Addison had to be totally bundled up to go outside for her first trick or treat experience. She visited 3 neighbors and raked in about 6 candy bars. Not bad for a first experience! Grandmom and Pops brought over a gift of bath toys and teethers. Aunt Christine and Uncle Todd brought along the cutest Northface boots. Tucker wore his second choice costume: Thomas the Tank. The kid count was significantly higher this year at 62!!
