Merry Christmas 2012!

Addison's visit to Santa's lap went much smoother this year - Thank Goodness.

"Santa" always stops by the neighborhood on a firetruck Christmas eve. Of course, the real Santa is busy, so this one just comes around to add to the excitement of the night! Oh, and look - it snowed this year on Christmas eve!!!!

Christmas morning. Everyone's looking swell (Sudlow family rules - no pjs on Christmas morning.) Heather's favorite part of the deal is Egg's benedict for breakfast!

That perfect tree - Holly Days

This year we picked a warm, delightful December Day to pick out the perfect Christmas tree (typically it seems to be cold and/or rainy). Addison enjoyed picking up all the rocks and petting the turtle sculpture. We're getting excited for Christmas this year!

Happy Belated Halloween

Hurricane Sandy ruined our Halloween this year - and left our home in the dark and cold for 8 days! We moved in with Grandmom and Pops for about five days because they still had power. Trick or treating was down the Main street of town on the Saturday after Halloween. At least we got to show Baby Kate how to get those treats!

Heather was doing the wash today and came upstairs to find that Addison had picked out a new outfit for herself - gotta love Daddy's tshirt!

Bridge Day weekend.

This was the first Bridge day weekend for both Heather and Addison. It was actually a very cold weekend, and we were all happy to have a cozy, warm cabin in the woods with a fireplace and hot tub (though it was off-limits for Heather).

Those jumpers are crazy. Addison wanted to be next in line. She screamed and cried when we left the bridge, "My jump, my jump". She is officially banned from future bridge day weekends until she is an adult.

She is slightly larger than last year's trip, though she does still fit in the backpack (and fall asleep in it). She was definitely more difficult to carry this time around.

Pumpkin Patch 2012

Annual trip to Merrymead farm for our pumpkins. This year, we went with Tucker, Christine, and Sunita. Addison was actually able to participate in the rides and games (some of them) this year. It sure was another sunny, windy, and warm day.

Sunny Days, sweeping the clouds away...Addison's 2nd birthday party was on a beautiful day. Definitely on the windy side - but sunny and gorgeous anyhow. It's amazing how the temperature just drops off in September.
